We are looking for highly skilled Lead PHP/ AM PHP developer for our Product Development team based out at Chennai Location

The ideal candidate is a highly resourceful and innovative developer with extensive experience in the layout, design and coding of websites specifically in PHP format. You must also possess a strong knowledge of web application development using PHP programming language and MySQL Server databas es.

We are looking for an experienced Lead PHP developer to lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in PHP , MySQL , and MSSQL , along with excellent leadership and project management skills to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Lead and manage a team of PHP developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.

Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using PHP and related technologies.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures for MySQL and MSSQL databases.

Ensure the team adheres to coding standards, best practices, and security protocols.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high-quality code.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to applications and databases.

Plan and manage project timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in PHP development, databases, and team management.

10+ years of experience in PHP development, with at least 2-3+ years in a leadership or managerial role .

~ Expertise in MySQL and MSSQL , including database design and query optimization.

~ Strong knowledge of CodeIgniter PHP frameworks .

~ Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.

~ Experience with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.

Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML , CSS , and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., , React, or Angular).

Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS , Azure , or Google Cloud .

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

Strong understanding of application security and performance optimization.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology , or a related field (or equivalent experience).
