Job Description: Social Media Marketer

Location: On-site, Kollam

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content tailored to target audiences.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and foster engagement.
  • Conduct performance analysis using analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and videographers to produce high-quality visuals and videos.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including setting budgets, targeting audiences, and optimizing for results.
  • Develop monthly reports on social media performance and present actionable insights.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in social media marketing.
  • Hands-on expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns on Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and tools such as Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, and LinkedIn Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and content creation skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with a knack for storytelling and audience engagement.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and its impact on social media.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in Social Media Marketing or related fields is an advantage.
  • Experience in paid advertising campaigns on Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
