Job Description: Social Media Marketer
Location: On-site, Kollam

Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), You Tube, and Linked In.
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content tailored to target audiences.
Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and foster engagement.
Conduct performance analysis using analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns.
Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and videographers to produce high-quality visuals and videos.
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms.
Manage social media advertising campaigns, including setting budgets, targeting audiences, and optimizing for results.
Develop monthly reports on social media performance and present actionable insights.
Key Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in social media marketing.
Hands-on expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns on Meta, You Tube, and Linked In.
Strong understanding of social media analytics and tools such as Meta Business Suite, You Tube Studio, and Linked In Analytics.
Excellent communication and content creation skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Creative mindset with a knack for storytelling and audience engagement.
Basic knowledge of SEO and its impact on social media.
Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Social Media Marketing or related fields is an advantage.
Experience in paid advertising campaigns on Meta, You Tube, and Linked In.
Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
