Responsible for Daily update to client & Preparation of Final report
Invoicing & Payment follow up for the Jobs performed
Preparing Service offer in-coordination with Business/ Technical manager
Maintaining File register , Recording in IT systems as per Commercial inspection
Records back up & archiving
Communications with Client, responding to enquiries, clarifications .
Co-ordinate with suppliers and Inspectors/Subcontracted Inspector when necessary for Inspection activities.
The reporting of local business progress on a regular and accurate basis following company policies.
To ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation using company policies and procedures as appropriate.
Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and address any concerns or queries.
Assist in preparing and reviewing inspection reports to ensure client satisfaction.
Support business development efforts by participating in client meetings and presentations.
Audit preparation and documentations.
To assist with local Health and Safety management, covering all staff, subcontractors, equipment and other related items.
To assist in ensuring objectives of an appropriate quality system are obtained
Ensure adherence to the HSE roles, responsibilities & accountabilities as defined in MS-0047700-HSE Roles Responsibilities & Authorities.
Comply and ensure implementation of the company’s and the customer’s Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Process requirements.
