Job Role: Incident and Service Request Manager Job Location: Delhi Exp Range: 4 Years to 8 Years Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency): Should have Work experience in IT incident and service request management or any other related process Strong understanding of ITIL principles and processes Very good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Strong analytical skills Good reporting skills ITIL foundation certification Good-to-Have: Experience with Agile and Dev Ops practices Knowledge of compute, cloud, virtualization & networking technologies Roles & Responsibilities: Manage the incident and services request management process Oversee the service request process to ensure fulfillment of business requests Develop and maintain incident and service request process, procedures, and workflows Collaborate with IT teams, and vendors to resolve incidents and fulfill service requests Develop and maintain incident and service request metrics and reports Provide training and support to IT staff on incident and service request processes Continuously improve the processes to meet business needs
