Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership:
- Inspire, Guide, and Energize: Take the helm and inspire a team of real estate sales experts to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Coaching Excellence: Provide hands-on guidance, coaching, and training to elevate the team's selling prowess, market acumen, and customer relationship skills.
2. Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Strategic Vision: Craft and execute innovative sales strategies in alignment with our company's vision and market trends.
- Collaborative Projections: Collaborate with top-tier management to set pragmatic sales targets and revenue forecasts.
- Profit and Loss Focus: Approach each zone from a profit and loss perspective, driving sales relentlessly to not just meet but exceed monthly targets.
3. Market Expertise:
- Market Mastery: Leverage your profound understanding of the Bangalore (especially East Bangalore) real estate market to spot opportunities, predict obstacles, and devise strategies to conquer market dynamics.
- Trendspotter: Stay one step ahead with real-time updates on market trends, competitor moves, and customer preferences, allowing you to pivot sales tactics as needed.
4. Client Relationship Management:
- Relationship Alchemist: Cultivate and nurture robust client relationships, ensuring their unique needs are met seamlessly throughout the sales journey.
- Responsive and Professional: Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback with lightning-fast response times and the utmost professionalism.
5. Sales Performance Analysis:
- Performance Connoisseur: Keep a watchful eye on your team's performance by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales conversion rates, lead generation, and revenue growth.

Qualifications:
