Greetings from TCSTCS is currently hiring for the position of Regulatory Reporting SME, Axiom SL.- **Role:** Regulatory Reporting SME, Axiom SL- **Desired Experience Range:** 6-8 years- **Location:** Banglore,Chennai, Pune,HyderbadJob descriptionRole SummaryWe are seeking a Regulatory Reporting Analyst with hands-on experience in AxiomSL ControllerView to manage regulatory reporting processes for banking and financial services. The role involves interpreting regulatory requirements, and ensuring compliance with local and global regulations.Key Responsibilities- Analyze regulatory requirements (Basel III, CRR, COREP, FINREP, Liquidity, Capital Adequacy) and translate them into functional specifications.- Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation for regulatory submissions.- Collaborate with Technology teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.- Conduct impact analysis for regulatory changes and implement necessary updates in AxiomSL.- Monitor and reconcile data flows between source systems and AxiomSL platform.- Prepare documentation for processes, controls, and audit requirements.- Support UAT, SIT, and production deployment of regulatory reports.- Ensure adherence to data governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance standards.Required Skills & Qualifications- Strong experience with AxiomSL Controller View platform (data modeling, workflows).- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks: Basel III, CRR, COREP, FINREP, Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), NSFR, Capital Adequacy.- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis for large datasets.- Understanding of banking products (loans, deposits, derivatives) and their regulatory treatment.- Familiarity with data governance, risk management, and compliance processes.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
