Greetings from TCSTCS is currently hiring for the position of Regulatory Reporting SME, Axiom SL.- **Role:** Regulatory Reporting SME, Axiom SL- **Desired Experience Range:** 6-8 years- **Location:** Banglore,Chennai, Pune,HyderbadJob descriptionRole SummaryWe are seeking a Regulatory Reporting Analyst with hands-on experience in AxiomSL ControllerView to manage regulatory reporting processes for banking and financial services. The role involves interpreting regulatory requirements, and ensuring compliance with local and global regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze regulatory requirements (Basel III, CRR, COREP, FINREP, Liquidity, Capital Adequacy) and translate them into functional specifications.Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation for regulatory submissions.Collaborate with Technology teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.Conduct impact analysis for regulatory changes and implement necessary updates in AxiomSL.Monitor and reconcile data flows between source systems and AxiomSL platform.Prepare documentation for processes, controls, and audit requirements.Support UAT, SIT, and production deployment of regulatory reports.Ensure adherence to data governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance standards.Required Skills & QualificationsStrong experience with AxiomSL Controller View platform (data modeling, workflows).Knowledge of regulatory frameworks: Basel III, CRR, COREP, FINREP, Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), NSFR, Capital Adequacy.Proficiency in SQL and data analysis for large datasets.Understanding of banking products (loans, deposits, derivatives) and their regulatory treatment.Familiarity with data governance, risk management, and compliance processes.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
