Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and creative Social Media Associate to join our team at Cash Karo. This position is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience in social media management and strong copywriting skills. You will assist in developing and executing engaging social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and connect with our audience across various platforms.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Social Media Understanding : Develop expertise in Instagram, Linked In, Facebook, and Twitter to engage target audiences effectively.
Content Strategy & Creation: Create compelling content (text, images, videos) that reflects our brand’s expertise and engages followers.
Community Management: Manage and respond to comments and messages to build positive online communities.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify improvement areas and optimize strategies.
Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
Must-Have Skills:
Social Media Proficiency : Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their dynamics.
Copywriting Excellence : Ability to craft engaging captions that communicate the Co-Founder's vision clearly.
Analytical Insight : Basic knowledge of social media analytics, including engagement and reach metrics.
Collaboration: Ability to support and collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to assist in developing cohesive social media strategies and campaigns
Good-to-Have Skills:
Experience in online reputation management.
Creative problem-solving abilities for enhancing community engagement.
Familiarity with content creation tools and social media management software.
Should be confident in front of cameras
Basic Video editing skills and design senses.
