Ltd.Job Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented DTP Operator with expertise in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, formatting, and creating digital and print-ready graphics that align with company and client requirements.Key Responsibilities- Design and prepare layouts for digital, print, and marketing materials (brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, social media creatives, etc.).- Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency in all graphic outputs.- Work with project managers and marketing teams to understand design requirements.- Edit and retouch images as required.- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printers/vendors if needed.- Maintain design templates, style guides, and branding consistency.- Manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines.Required Skills & Competencies- Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.- Strong knowledge of layout, typography, and color theory.- Ability to create both digital and print-ready designs.- Attention to detail and a creative mindset.- Basic knowledge of other Adobe tools (InDesign, After Effects, etc.) will be an added advantage.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Qualifications & Experience- Graduate/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.- 1–3 years of experience as a DTP Operator/Graphic Designer (fresher with strong skills may also apply).- Portfolio of previous work is required.What We Offer- Competitive salary and benefits.- Creative work environment with growth opportunities.- Exposure to diverse IT and digital projects.
