About the Role We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented DTP Operator with expertise in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, formatting, and creating digital and print-ready graphics that align with company and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities Design and prepare layouts for digital, print, and marketing materials (brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, social media creatives, etc.).
Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency in all graphic outputs.
Work with project managers and marketing teams to understand design requirements.
Edit and retouch images as required.
Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printers/vendors if needed.
Maintain design templates, style guides, and branding consistency.
Manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines.
Required Skills & Competencies Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator .
Strong knowledge of layout, typography, and color theory.
Ability to create both digital and print-ready designs.
Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
Basic knowledge of other Adobe tools (InDesign, After Effects, etc.) will be an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications & Experience Graduate/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
1–3 years of experience as a DTP Operator/Graphic Designer (fresher with strong skills may also apply).
Portfolio of previous work is required.
