This program is designed for high-potential graduates who are eager to build a career in wealth management and client advisory. You will undergo an intensive learning journey that combines classroom training, live client interactions, and mentorship from industry leaders. Undergo a 2-month training program that builds strong foundations in financial products, client communication, and portfolio management. Shadow experienced Client Growth Partners to understand client engagement, advisory, and AUM growth strategies. Client Engagement & Relationship Building - Support client partners in managing relationships with HNI clients, understanding their investment needs, and helping them navigate portfolio insights. Participate in client calls, portfolio reviews, and discussions to build your understanding of wealth management dynamics. Assist in identifying client opportunities for additional investments and ensure consistent engagement through periodic reviews and digital touchpoints. Contribute to the team’s efforts in improving client experience, retention, and wallet share. Recent graduates / postgraduates in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields (MBA preferred but not mandatory). Passion for financial markets: Comfort with numbers, data, and market trends. Steep Learning Curve: Direct exposure to HNI client interactions and real-world wealth management from day one.
