The role involves maintaining accurate books of accounts, ensuring timely statutory filings, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams to support smooth day-to-day operations.The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting, experience withZoho Books, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & ComplianceRecord daily accounting transactions inZoho Booksand ensure accuracy in ledgers and financial records.Performbank reconciliations, monitor cash flow, and assist with fund utilization tracking.Managepayroll processingand ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, GST).Prepare and filemonthly, quarterly, and annual returnson time.Generate and analyzeP&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.Support internal and externalauditswith reconciliations, schedules, and documentation.Maintainproject-wise budgetsand provide monthly variance analysis and expense reports.Prepare and presentmonthly MIS reports, supporting overall business reporting to the COO, CBO, and investors.Procurement & Vendor ManagementCreate and managePurchase Orders (POs), track quotations, and ensure timely delivery.Verify and process vendor invoices against POs and goods received.Maintain organized vendor records and ensure timely
