Role Overview:

As a Social Media Executive, you will play a key role in managing and growing the social media presence of our clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) for multiple clients.
  • Create and curate engaging content (text, image, video) that resonates with target audiences and aligns with brand voice.
  • Develop social media strategies to increase engagement, build communities, and drive traffic to client websites.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to ensure content stays relevant and innovative.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to optimize social media campaigns and report on growth and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure content is visually appealing and consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and how to create content that drives engagement.
  • Experience with social media tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar scheduling/analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with content creation (photo/video editing, copywriting) and branding best practices.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to write engaging and effective copy.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) is a plus.
