Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on content creation to amplify our brand presence across various social platforms. The ideal candidate is a passionate storyteller with a keen understanding of digital trends and audience engagement.


Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to boost brand awareness and audience engagement.

Oversee day-to-day management of social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).

Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content, including posts, videos, stories, and reels tailored to each platform.

Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce visually appealing and impactful assets.

Track and analyze social media performance metrics to refine strategies and achieve KPIs.

Monitor trends, tools, and emerging platforms to keep strategies innovative and up-to-date.

Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing goals.

Foster audience engagement by responding to comments, messages, and coordinating collaborations.


Requirements

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.

Strong content creation skills, including writing, graphic design, and video editing.

Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent design software.

Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and platform-specific insights.

Exceptional creativity, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
