Engagement Manager

We are seeking an Engagement Manager based in India to lead and coordinate data analytics and AI engagements for strategic enterprise clients across global markets.This is a high-impact, business-facing role with significant exposure to senior client stakeholders and Straive leadership. You will be responsible for understanding client needs and shaping problem statements, managing multiple workstreams, leading technical and business teams, and also managing internal growth and thought leadership initiatives.The ideal candidate is:- Strong on business acumen and knowledge (business value drivers, operations and KPIs)- Able to quickly learn new industries and business domains- Fluent in working with data & analytics teams, even if not a hands-on data scientist- Highly proficient with PowerPoint and Excel for storylining, analysis, and client-ready deliverables- Comfortable interfacing with CXO / VP-level stakeholders and internal senior managementKey ResponsibilitiesEngagement Planning, Delivery & Multi-Engagement Management- Define and manage engagement charters, delivery plans, and milestones across one or more concurrent workstreams/clients.- Coordinate work across multiple accounts between business and delivery teams to ensure aligned, timely delivery.- Proactively identify delivery risks and lead mitigation planning across accounts..Client & Stakeholder Management- Engage with both business and technology stakeholders to understand objectives, constraints, and success metrics.- Translate unstructured client questions into clear problem statements, hypotheses, and analytical workplans.- Build trusted-advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders.Proposal Writing,
