Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer – Manual + Automation

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Noida (Hybrid – 3 Days/Week)

Shift Timing: Night Shift (6:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST)

Work Mode: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and scripts (manual and automated) for web and mobile applications.
  • Perform thorough regression, functional, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure application stability and performance.
  • Design and implement automation test frameworks using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar.
  • Identify, log, and track defects in bug-tracking systems (e.g., JIRA) and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and DevOps to define quality standards and ensure testing aligns with requirements.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of QA practices and processes.
  • Analyze test results, generate reports, and provide clear feedback and recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on QA experience in both manual and automation testing .
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Proficiency in automation tools like Selenium, Postman, Rest Assured , or equivalent.
  • Experience with scripting languages (Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript preferred).
  • Working knowledge of APIs, performance testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid and night-shift work environment.
