Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution (Master's in Architecture preferred).
  • Registered with the Council of Architecture (CoA), India.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience , preferably in educational/large-scale institutional projects.
  • Proven experience in campus planning, sustainable design, and project execution.

Role Overview:

  • KL Deemed to be University is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Architect to lead the planning, design, and execution of campus infrastructure projects.
  • The Architect will be responsible for creating functional, sustainable, and aesthetically appealing designs that align with the university's vision of being a world-class educational institution.

Primary Responsibilities:

Campus Planning & Design

  • Develop master plans and architectural designs for academic buildings, hostels, laboratories, libraries, auditoriums, and other university facilities.
  • Incorporate modern educational infrastructure concepts, smart classrooms, and collaborative spaces.
  • Ensure optimal space utilization with scalability for future growth.
