Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution (Master's in Architecture preferred).
- Registered with the Council of Architecture (CoA), India.
- Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience, preferably in educational/large-scale institutional projects.
- Proven experience in campus planning, sustainable design, and project execution.

Role Overview:

- KL Deemed to be University is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Architect to lead the planning, design, and execution of campus infrastructure projects.
- The Architect will be responsible for creating functional, sustainable, and aesthetically appealing designs that align with the university's vision of being a world-class educational institution.

Primary Responsibilities:

Campus Planning & Design

- Develop master plans and architectural designs for academic buildings, hostels, laboratories, libraries, auditoriums, and other university facilities.
- Incorporate modern educational infrastructure concepts, smart classrooms, and collaborative spaces.
- Ensure optimal space utilization with scalability for future growth.
