Position: Machine shop Maintenance

Qualifications: Diploma Electrical / Electronics / BE Electronics / Electrical

Experience in handling Machine shop Maintenance (Grinding / turning/ Machining center m/c) Preferably in crank shaft / cam shaft/Gear machining / precision machining independently.

~ Having good experience in Grinding machine, Turning center, Machining center (HMC/VMC), Induction Hardening, Gantry Maintenance

~ Exposure in dealing with Fanuc, Siemens CNC/PLC control system for grinding, turning, milling, Machining center.

~ Expert in CNC & PLC maintenance, able to do the PLC & HMI programming.

~ Understanding of CNC parameter and will be update in the system.

~ Clear understanding on Breakdown maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Corrective maintenance, predictive maintenance and measuring parameters like MTBF, MTTR and OEE and implement the same.

~ Familiar with Capturing Predictive data for various critical machines.

~ Good vendor network for repairing PLC/CNC card, drive, PCBs

~ Familiar with Gantry maintenance.

~ Experience about Induction hardening, heat treatment process

~ Electrical drawing need to understand and configuration of two software/hardware
