About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst & Optimization Specialist to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in optimizing business processes through insightful data analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data mining , analytics , and business optimization , as well as expertise in Conversational AI (Chat and Voice bots), and the ability to work on multiple optimization projects for our clients.
This is a leadership role where you will be expected to manage a team, collaborate with key stakeholders, and present findings and recommendations to drive significant improvements in business operations. Key Responsibilities:
Optimization Strategy & Execution:
Lead and execute multiple business process optimization projects, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges. Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvements and efficiency gains.
Conversational AI Analysis:
Leverage your knowledge of Conversational AI, including Chat and Voice bots, to analyze data from these systems, assess performance, and identify ways to optimize their effectiveness in meeting business objectives.
Data Mining & Reporting:
Conduct advanced data mining and analysis using tools like Excel and various BI platforms. Provide actionable insights and reports to drive business decisions and process optimizations.
Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including senior leadership, to align optimization initiatives with business goals. Clearly communicate findings, proposed optimizations, and their impact on operations.
Presentation & Communication:
Prepare and deliver clear, data-driven presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences. Effectively communicate complex data insights and optimization recommendations.
Team Management & Leadership:
Manage, mentor, and guide a team of junior analysts. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment, ensuring timely project delivery and high-quality analysis.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay current with industry trends, particularly in data analytics, optimization techniques, and Conversational AI, and proactively implement new strategies to improve business outcomes.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in data analysis, business process optimization, or a similar analytical role.
Strong experience working with Conversational AI systems (Chatbots, Voice bots, etc.) and analyzing their performance.
Proven track record of leading and managing optimization projects that result in measurable business improvements.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Excel , data mining, and Power Point for reporting and presentations.
Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is a plus.
Familiarity with Conversational AI platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, etc.) is highly desirable.

Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making and drive change.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team of data analysts.
