Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Conversational AI Architect to join our team at EXL Service. As a key member of our Digital Transformation team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing conversational AI solutions that drive business value and improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop intent and utterance-based logics and interaction flows on conversational AI platforms
  • Design and implement NLP-based intent classification, routing, and treatment of customer interactions
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify issues or bottlenecks within operations processes and come up with innovative solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness of operations
  • Ensure compliance with company IT procedures, policies, and documentation requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4-6 years of working experience in NLP, NLU, and conversational AI
  • 2-3 years of experience in speech-to-text and text-to-speech API platforms
  • Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Java, and Groovy
  • Experience with SOA and API development using Flask or Spring Boot frameworks
  • Knowledge of BPMN frameworks and tools like Apache Camel, Comunda, and Activiti
  • Good understanding of DevOps and Jenkins deployment pipelines
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
