Our mission is to turn ideas into practical products that enhance everyday living and create scalable digital-first brands.Role Description This is a freelance, part-time, remote role for a Performance Marketer / D2 C Growth Marketer with strong experience in e-commerce.You will be responsible for planning and executing growth strategies for our D2 C brand Safnix Go , focused on international markets (US/UK/EU).Key areas include paid ads, funnel optimisation, creative direction, and data-driven insights.The ideal person is a blend of strategist + executor , comfortable with D2 C marketing, video-first growth, and performance analytics.Responsibilities Looking for someone who can: ???? Run high-converting Meta (Facebook + Instagram) and Google Ads ???? Build and optimise D2 C funnels for sales growth ???? Suggest Shopify CRO improvements (strategy only, no coding) ???? Guide & plan video creatives for Reels, Shorts, and paid ads ???? Support organic growth on Instagram, Facebook, and You Tube ???? Provide basic SEO recommendations ???? Analyse campaign data to improve ROAS, CAC, CTR & conversions ???? Test creative angles, audiences, and hooks for performance scaling Suitable for: ✔ Freelance Performance Marketer (D2 C)✔ E-commerce Ads Specialist✔ Shopify & Instagram Ads Expert✔ Growth Marketer for US/UK/EU markets✔ Creative Strategist for D2 C BrandsQualificationsStrong hands-on experience with D2 C Performance Marketin g (Meta Ads required; Google Ads preferred )Knowledge of growth marketing framework s, funnel optimisation, and scaling strategie s Proficiency in marketing analytic s & web analytic s (Meta dashboards, GA4, Shopify analytics )Experience with lead generatio n and conversion-oriented campaign s Ability to interpret data and convert insights into actio n Creative thinking with understanding of video-first conten t Prior experience with D2 C brands, or e-commerc e is a strong advantag e Ability to adapt quickly to tools, platforms, and fast-moving workflow s
