Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Development Team Lead to oversee and manage our software development team. As a Development Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership, coordinating development efforts, and ensuring the successful delivery of software projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to drive the development process and deliver high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of leading and mentoring development teams.

Responsibilities:

· Technical Leadership : Provide technical guidance and expertise to the development team, assisting them in

solving complex technical challenges and making critical decisions.

· Team Management : Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of developers, promoting a collaborative and results-

driven work culture. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance evaluations.

· Project Coordination : Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements

and ensure the team's understanding of the scope and objectives.

· Task Allocation : Coordinate and prioritize development tasks, distributing assignments among team members

based on individual skills and project requirements.

· Code Reviews : Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality, adherence to coding standards, and

alignment with architectural guidelines.

· Architecture and Design : Collaborate with the team to design scalable, maintainable, and efficient software

solutions. Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards.

· Development and Coding : Actively participate in coding and development tasks, contributing to the team's

output and setting an example for best coding practices.

· Quality Assurance : Implement and enforce testing processes and quality control measures to ensure the delivery

of high-quality software products.

· Process Improvement : Continuously evaluate and improve development processes, tools, and methodologies to

enhance team productivity and efficiency.

· Stakeholder Communication : Keep stakeholders informed about project progress, status, and any potential

issues. Participate in project status meetings and provide regular updates.

· Risk Management : Identify technical risks and challenges in projects and work proactively to mitigate them.

· Documentation : Ensure comprehensive and up-to-date technical documentation, including architecture

diagrams, design documents, and API documentation.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent work

experience).

· Proven experience as a Development Team Lead or similar technical leadership role, with a background in

software development.

· Proficiency in stacks like, Django, Python, Angular JS, React JS, Postgre, Redshift, Oracle, Android with Java and

Kotlin etc.

· Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of developers.

· In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, best practices, and coding standards.

· Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA).

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make critical technical decisions.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

· Previous experience in full-stack development and understanding of front-end and back-end technologies is

advantageous.

· Familiarity with cloud technologies and experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.

· Proven ability to work well under pressure and deliver projects within scheduled timelines.

Preferred:

· Having 5-6 Years of working experience.

· Versed with Financial domain.

· Having knowledge of AWS Administration
