Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager with a strong background in programming and engineering, particularly focused on AI and Generative AI technologies. This role will be pivotal in integrating advanced AI solutions, managing IT infrastructure, and driving innovation within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in AI/ML development, infrastructure management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

  • AI/ML Development & Implementation : Lead the development and deployment of AI/ML models, including generative AI solutions, that enhance organizational processes and support various departments.
  • Technical Leadership : Oversee the IT department, providing guidance and direction to technical teams, and ensuring best practices in AI development, cybersecurity, and system optimization.
  • Infrastructure & Systems Management : Manage and optimize IT infrastructure to support high-performance AI solutions, ensuring robust and scalable systems for AI processing.
  • Project Management : Lead AI-related projects from concept through implementation, coordinating with cross-functional teams, establishing timelines, and managing resources effectively.
  • Software Development : Engage in hands-on coding as needed, particularly in AI model development, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Security & Compliance : Ensure all AI systems adhere to cybersecurity protocols, data protection standards, and industry regulations.
  • Data Management & Analytics : Establish data pipelines, manage large datasets, and work closely with data engineers to support the AI model training and inference processes.
  • Vendor & Resource Management : Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers as necessary, and manage software licenses, contracts, and vendor relations.
  • Team Development : Mentor and upskill team members in AI and advanced IT topics, fostering an environment of continuous learning and innovation.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT management with hands-on experience in AI/ML development, including generative AI models.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and AI infrastructure tools.
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering complex IT/AI projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data governance, and compliance in AI applications.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.

Preferred :

  • Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or similar AI/ML specializations.
  • Certifications in AI/ML or IT management (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, PMP).
