Job Description :-

Role- Associate (Product Team)

Location- Bangalore


Qualifications:-

  • Education: Bachelors in Commerce/Arts/Humanities
  • Experience: 0-1 years in analytics or product management experience preferrable
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and platforms (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Figma)


Key Responsibilities-

  • GTM Strategy: Work with groups to develop and implement go-to-market plans that complement company objectives and target markets.
  • Product Optimization and adoption: To increase acceptance and improve offerings, examine customer input and product performance.
  • Operational Planning: Assist new projects by streamlining processes to ensure seamless expansion and execution.
  • Market research: To obtain information and create plans for product scaling and conduct interviews and field research.
  • Client Calls : Explaining Product to clients and briefing about the same.
  • Data analytics: Assess product performance using data tools and give leadership useful information.


Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends and digital product ecosystems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
