Pega PRPC Version 8.x/7.x Development and integration.Certifications: at least 2 of: PEGA Certified Senior System Architect, PEGA Certified Decisioning Consultant, PEGA Certified System ArchitectSolid experience in PEGA Customer Decision Hub in Telecom industry minimum 3 yearsKnowledge of integration protocols (REST-JSON, SOAP-XML). Ability to develop integration with other system, troubleshoot and resolve integration issuesKnowledge of Oracle, Cassandra, SQL at developer level and ETLKnowledge of Java, JSP, J2EE, XML, and EJB.Ability to implement the rules and build low level design. Experience in implementing Pega Decisioning rules, Strategies, engagement policies, constraints, and channel configuration.Experience in developing, monitoring, and troubleshooting batch campaignsKnowledge of data flows, segmentation, AI concepts and experience in implementing changes to these modules.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issuesCoordination with operations and testing team and provide defect fixes and bugfixesBuild and unit test of the application components and/or managing development activities, performing peer reviews, and escalating technical issuesKey Responsibilities:Development of new/ existing strategies; upgrades and technical improvementsL3 support when needed, based on agreed SLAsPrepare packages and installationsFind technical improvements and apply best practicesImprove the technical performance of the applicationAlign internally on solutions to be appliedMake sure that all DB queries are optimizedMake strategies and campaigns very configurable, as the changes after production installation are frequent and they are performed by a configurators team (not developers)Estimate the needed effort for stories and tasks and raise concerns when neededJoin all the ceremonies and the meetings set in the teamVOIS Equal Opportunity Employer CommitmentIndia:VOIS is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
