We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead our Pega CDH implementation efforts. This role requires strong technical knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

About the Role

  • Lead the development of Pega CDH application architecture, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement E2E Implementation architecture.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on Pega CDH customization, configuration, integration, coding, design patterns, and custom business logic.
  • Participate in design reviews of CDH solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
  • Identify potential project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, promoting effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
