Pega CDH Developer Job Description

As a Pega CDH Developer, you will be responsible for developing new and existing strategies, upgrades, and technical improvements. You will also provide Level 3 support when needed, based on agreed SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new/ existing strategies; upgrades and technical improvements
  • L3 support when needed, based on agreed SLAs
  • Prepare packages and installations
  • Find technical improvements and apply best practices
  • Improve the technical performance of the application
  • Align internally on solutions to be applied
  • Optimize DB queries
  • Make strategies and campaigns highly configurable
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Pega PRPC Version 8.x/7.x Development and integration
  • 6+ years in Pega Decisioning and marketing
  • PEGA Certified Senior System Architect, PEGA Certified Decisioning Consultant, PEGA Certified System Architect certifications
  • Solid experience in Pega Customer Decision Hub in Telecom industry minimum 3 years
  • Knowledge of integration protocols (REST-JSON, SOAP-XML)
  • Ability to develop integration with other systems, troubleshoot and resolve integration issues
  • Knowledge of Oracle, Cassandra, SQL at developer level and ETL
  • Knowledge of Java, JSP, J2EE, XML, and EJB
