We functioned as an offline space and right after the pandemic hit us, we decided to expand our community into the virtual world. We took the word Community and gave it a whole new meaning VIRTUALLY .
As an offline community we provide co-living, co-working, event space and a creator studio. As an online community we are open to collaborators looking for platform, creative space, and much more.
Job Overview:
As a Creator in Residence, you will be at the forefront of our digital presence, ensuring that The Hub Bengaluru's voice is consistently engaging, authentic, and in tune with our audience. This role is a blend of strategy, creativity, on-camera representation, and client engagement, making it perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic environments.
Compensation: INR 9 - 12 LPA + Creation Bonuses
What You will be doing:
1. Content creation and strategy:
Collaborate with our Social Media team to ideate and develop content.
Execute innovative campaigns based on trending topics.
Spearhead viral campaigns to amplify our brand's reach.
Refine our content strategy across platforms to align with our brand voice and marketing goals.
2. Create 3 pieces of content a day:
Committed to producing three unique content pieces daily.
Consistently delivers fresh and engaging material, day in and day out.
3. Taking over stories on social media:
Passionate about captivating audiences through social media stories.
Thrives on creating engaging narratives for digital platforms.
3. Love acting in scripts:
A natural performer, bringing scripts to life with authenticity.
Dedicated to embodying characters and delivering impactful performances.
Actively participate in front-of-camera roles, including live streams, interviews, and promotional videos.
4. Adapt & Analyze:
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and tools.
Integrate new trends into our existing strategy.
Analyze content performance to identify areas of improvement.
Conduct competitor SWOT analysis and generate insightful reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Development: Collaborate with the Head of Social Media to devise a comprehensive social media strategy across all platforms.
Client Engagement: Work alongside Project & Social Media Managers to engage potential clients, establishing rapport, setting up meetings, and pitching innovative ideas tailored to their needs.
Campaign Innovation: Design fresh and engaging campaigns for The Hub Bengaluru, capitalizing on current trends.
Research & Analysis: Dive deep into platform analytics, refining strategies with the Social Media Manager (SMM) and conducting SWOT analyses of competitors.
Content Oversight: Analyze content performance across platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and objectives.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest tools and share knowledge with the team.
Content Syndication: Assist in distributing content across various channels to maximize reach.
Reporting: Generate detailed reports on performance metrics for internal and client pages.
On-Camera Representation: Confidently represent our brand in various media formats, from promotional videos to live events. This role involves significant on-camera time, making it ideal for those who excel in front of the lens.
Client Pitching: Proactively pitch innovative and tailored strategies to potential and existing clients, showcasing The Hub Bengaluru's expertise and vision to drive client engagement and business growth.
