OperationProvide level 1-2 technical support for day-to-day, inclusive application supports.Coordination & Liaising with external vendors.Identify, track and solve application problems raised via dedicated incident management tool.Progressive maintain and built knowledge base documentation for technical troubleshooting and best practices.Handles hardware and software inventory.Any other IT support and projects.ApplicationERPs administration.Ensure data (i.e. spares, jobs, class, inventory, location are accurately built, mapped and maintained in the PMS.Monitor and review job frequencies, overdue jobs and defects jobs on a routine basis.Ensure that business requirements are documented.Perform functional test on product and coordinate User Acceptance Test with business usersVesselSupport, coordinates and on-site IT deployments to/from vessel.Manage the entire lifecycle in SMS including initial setup, activities and forms creation and modification, workflow changes and resolve queries from the Marine Team.Support and monitor any issues arising from the Fleet Management System (FMS) end users.Provide Training for on signing crew members on ERP application modules.RequirementCandidate possess at Degree Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent3 to 5 years of experience in IT support in a shipping Company would be advantageous.Knowledge in ERP administration is a must and with experience would be advantageous.Proven ability to collaborates, blend-ins and foster a team-oriented environmentProven ability to self-drive work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environmentGood communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skillsGood understanding of M365 application, NAS, Windows 11 operation system and services like SMB, Windows Updates, Profiles, Folder Permission hierarchy, Event logs.Understood simple scripting such as Bat, PowerShell and Networking.
