Job Description

We are looking for someone with deep analytical and product management skills to join our Product & Technology Team Your primary responsibilities will include working with the team to identify opportunities to improve the product and build entirely new experiences that our community will love. You will conceptualize, design and build applications to enable millions of businesses to move online with superior visual content. You will directly work with the technology team, you'll support the marketing, sales and operations team with smart automated solutions to their most pressing problems.

Job Requirements

  • Assist in Product Development: Collaborate with product managers to define and document user requirements, create product specifications, and help build the product roadmap.
  • Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs that inform product development.
  • Feature Prioritization: Participate in discussions to prioritize features based on customer feedback, market demands, and business goals.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain clear and concise product documentation, including user stories, requirement documents, and process maps that visualize the user journey.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product vision and strategy.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback on product features and usability, ensuring their needs are met through effective solutions.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data from various sources to inform product decisions and measure the success of product initiatives.

Qualities We are looking for

  • BTech/MBA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject from a Tier-1 institute
  • Previous internship or project experience in product management or related fields.
  • Extremely self-motivated and autonomous. You'll be given direction but it's on you to figure out how to proceed.
  • Analytical . You should be able to look at the data and make decisions. Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics) is advantageous.
  • Strong product intuition. You need to have an informed opinion and an imagination
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools such as JIRA or Trello.
