The name is a dead giveaway of our philosophy - to connect with brands or brands with people, or die trying. Established in 2010, we have had the good fortune to grow with brands that have now become household names: iD Fresh, 3M, Loca Loka, Razorpay, Swiggy, The Bowl Company, Mfine, Orange Health, Peps Mattresses and a lot more.

This is a full-time from office role in Bangalore for a Motion Graphics Designer (4-5 years experience) to work with some exciting new age brands on the verge of a launch and help established brands solve challenging problems. We are an amazing place to work for folks who are creatively driven, collaborative, excited by the prospect of creating dynamic branded motion-graphic contents & video edits in a close-knit, focused team

Develop a unique sense of motion & storytelling for each brand across social media, digital & more
Contribute to the ideating process with designers, writers & brand managers
Functioning as creative custodians of brands
Ability to handle day-to-day communication & seasonal campaigns for 3+ brands simultaneously
Take complete control of dynamic creative output on brands assigned

A background in animation & design software
~ Video Editing & Designing experience
~ Working knowledge of Adobe Aftereffects, Premiere, Illustrator and/or Procreate
~ Exposure with working on varied platforms - social media, retail, digital, etc.
~ Strong communication skills in English + 2 languages
~4-5 years of experience as a motion graphic designer
~ Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion graphics
~ Ability to understand client needs and develop creative concepts
~ Experience working in a creative agency
