Role Description & Responsibilities:

This is a full-time from office role in Bangalore for a Motion Graphics Designer (4-5 years experience) to work with some exciting new age brands on the verge of a launch and help established brands solve challenging problems. Your responsibilities:

  • Create sparkling, engaging communication pieces that are dynamic, interactive and fun
  • Develop a unique sense of motion & storytelling for each brand across social media, digital & more
  • Contribute to the ideating process with designers, writers & brand managers
  • Functioning as creative custodians of brands
  • Ability to handle day-to-day communication & seasonal campaigns for 3+ brands simultaneously
  • Take complete control of dynamic creative output on brands assigned

Qualifications:

  • A background in animation & design software
  • Video Editing & Designing experience
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Aftereffects, Premiere, Illustrator and/or Procreate
  • Exposure with working on varied platforms - social media, retail, digital, etc.
  • Strong communication skills in English + 2 languages
  • 4-5 years of experience as a motion graphic designer
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion graphics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and develop creative concepts
  • In-depth knowledge of advertising trends and industry best practices
  • Experience working in a creative agency
