Job Description:   

As a Trainee Digital Marketing Executive at Aspire Fertility Center, you will be responsible for handling content publishing, monitoring and reporting the performance of the brand’s digital platforms. The role will give you hands on training and experience in social media management, community management, marketing planning and strategy. If you have a passion to start your career in digital marketing, possess good communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, you'll be a perfect match for our team. Your Role & Key Tasks:  

  • Be part of ideation along with the team to create content for social media and anchor the social media calendar
  • Manage publishing and monitoring of content on social media
  • Create reports and analyze content trends
  • Coordinate with other teams (like content, CRM, customer service, agency) during marketing activities
  • Publishing blog articles on social channels
  • Ideation and handling community management. 
  • Conduct keyword research and on-page optimisation to increase website rankings to drive organic traffic. 
  • Basic website content management
  • Basic understanding of performance marketing and monitoring campaigns

Your profile  

  • Fresher in digital marketing with basic understanding of managing content marketing and social media
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Preferred skills and qualifications  

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related fields. 
  • Fluency in English, Hindi and at least one regional language.
