As global organizations reimagine their operating models, TCS is embedding Data Centres into its full cloud services stack to create a foundation strategic lever for digital transformation, long-term resilience and new growth opportunities.Role: Head – Hyperscaler BusinessLocation: MumbaiExperience: 20+ yearsKey responsibilities:P&L Ownership: Own full P&L for the hyperscaler business, delivering revenue, growth, and margin targetsPartnership Strategy: Define and execute global hyperscaler alliance strategy (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle, Meta) to accelerate joint growthPricing : Run disciplined forecasting, pricing, and portfolio mixPre-Sales & Solutioning : Lead solutioning and technical validation to align with hyperscaler platformsEcosystem Partnerships: Orchestrate telco, SW, and infra partner ecosystems to unlock hyperscaler growth and differentiated value for enterprise clientsRelationship Management: Act as primary executive interface with hyperscalers, driving joint initiatives and deepening relationshipsCustomer Success: Ensure measurable business outcomes by driving adoption, satisfaction, and long-term value realization across hyperscaler engagementsThought Leadership : Represent TCS in hyperscaler forums, industry events, and joint innovation councils.Market Intelligence : Identify growth opportunities and influence GTM plays with hyperscalersQualifications & experience:MBA/advanced degree preferred20+ years of total experience in cloud, telecom, or IT services sales, including 8+ years in leading hyperscaler alliancesProven track record of P&L management, scaling hyperscaler business lines, and leading enterprise sales teamsStrong understanding of hyperscaler ecosystems, partner programs, marketplaces, and integration modelsStrong technical acumen to lead pre-sales and solutioning effortsStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
