Role: Head – Hyperscaler Business
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 20+ years
Key responsibilities:
- P&L Ownership: Own full P&L for the hyperscaler business, delivering revenue, growth, and margin targets
- Partnership Strategy: Define and execute global hyperscaler alliance strategy (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle, Meta) to accelerate joint growth
- Pricing: Run disciplined forecasting, pricing, and portfolio mix
- Pre-Sales & Solutioning: Lead solutioning and technical validation to align with hyperscaler platforms
- Ecosystem Partnerships: Orchestrate telco, SW, and infra partner ecosystems to unlock hyperscaler growth and differentiated value for enterprise clients
- Relationship Management: Act as primary executive interface with hyperscalers, driving joint initiatives and deepening relationships
- Customer Success: Ensure measurable business outcomes by driving adoption, satisfaction, and long-term value realization across hyperscaler engagements
- Thought Leadership: Represent TCS in hyperscaler forums, industry events, and joint innovation councils.
- Market Intelligence: Identify growth opportunities and influence GTM plays with hyperscalers
Qualifications & experience:
- MBA/advanced degree preferred
- 20+ years of total experience in cloud, telecom, or IT services sales, including 8+ years in leading hyperscaler alliances
- Proven track record of P&L management, scaling hyperscaler business lines, and leading enterprise sales teams
- Strong understanding of hyperscaler ecosystems, partner programs, marketplaces, and integration models
- Strong technical acumen to lead pre-sales and solutioning efforts
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
