Employee joining announcements Employee assessment and appraisal Assessment framework and implementation Continual employee assessment through manager Rewards and Recognition Recruitment: Handles End to End Recruitment Employee Engagement responsibilities: Employee centric engagement: New employee joining announcement Employee anniversary announcement Employee birthday announcement Significant event announcement for employee(Birthdays/Work-Anniversaries) Employee engagement across teams: Festival gifting Trivia and fun events on festivals and other days Get-togethers Employee pulse check: Periodic one to one check-in calls with employees Grievance Handling Employee knows he/she can call the HR person in a non-biased manner to complaint about any individual with total confidentiality Personal Skills: Space and encouragement to suggest ideas and solutions Interesting salary range in line with the market Smart working International and multicultural environment Interesting internal growth Soft skill training Good English Experience: The person with min 5 to 6 years of HR experience should demonstrate Very good communication skills Experience in an international group required Autonomy Empathy and trustful behavior Should have participated in people engagement and should demonstrate having played some of the roles and responsibilities listed above Should ideally have seen an appraisal cycle being executed
