Report to : Service Delivery Leader – RPO
Team: 6 to 10 Recruiters + Sourcers + Onboarding Specialist
Working Days: 6 days (Monday to Friday from Office and Saturday from Home)
About the Role: Taggd is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Manager - RPO to lead recruitment operations for our prestigious client, India's No. 1 automobile company. This role will focus on delivering high-quality talent acquisition, ensuring compliance with SLAs, utilizing data analytics for strategic insights, and driving business mining initiatives to enhance client engagement.
Job Role:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles in the automotive sector, ensuring SLAs are consistently met.
Leverage data analytics to track recruitment metrics, optimize hiring strategies, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to understand business needs and develop tailored sourcing plans.
Lead a team of recruiters, driving high performance, quality delivery, and continuous process improvement.
Drive business mining efforts to identify new hiring opportunities and enhance client satisfaction.
Provide comprehensive hiring reports, market insights, and recruitment forecasts to stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
7-10 years of RPO or recruitment experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
Proven track record in managing SLAs, data analytics, and stakeholder engagement.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing recruitment team.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with ATS systems and modern recruitment tools.
Preferred Education : MBA in HR or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
