With a commitment to innovation and excellence, as we expand our international operations , we are hiring for strategic Head of HR to drive our global HR initiatives. Position Overview: The Head of HR for International Operations will play a critical role in shaping our global workforce strategy. This position requires a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in international HR practices especially in the MEA, ASEAN and US geography, as well as talent management, and organizational development within the tech sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the nuances of global employment laws, cultural sensitivities, and the ability to create a cohesive and inclusive work environment across diverse locations. Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our international business goals and enhance workforce effectiveness across multiple regions. Talent Acquisition: Lead global talent acquisition efforts, ensuring we attract, retain, and develop top talent across various markets. Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of engagement and inclusion through effective communication, employee feedback initiatives, and professional development programs. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in all operational regions, mitigating risk and safeguarding the company’s interests. Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems that drive accountability, reward high performance, and support employee growth. Compensation and Benefits: Develop competitive compensation and benefits programs tailored to local markets, ensuring alignment with global standards and company values. Change Management: Lead HR initiatives during periods of change, supporting organizational transitions and promoting a positive employee experience. Collaboration: Work closely with international leadership teams to understand workforce needs and align HR initiatives with business objectives. Global Mobility: Provide options of different visa types, calculate perdiems for respective geographies, ensure regulatory compliances for visa. Coordinate with external vendors. Qualifications: Master’s degree in human resources 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in international operations within the tech industry. Strong knowledge of global HR best practices, employment law, and compliance issues across multiple countries. Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, on an international scale. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a strong ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization. Cultural awareness and sensitivity, with the ability to navigate complex global environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
