You’ll play a vital role in maintaining best practices, ensuring security, business continuity, and keeping our focus on customer satisfaction, through a commitment to delivering exceptional solutions and services to our clients.This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, customer-focused team with scope for personal and professional growth.Responsibilities :As a Senior Salesforce Architect in the Strategic Business Systems team, your responsibilities will be as follows:Architectural Leadership:Design and implement scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and align with best practices.Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.Lead the design and deployment of Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions to streamline sales processes and enhance customer experience.Provide expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud or Commerce Cloud to optimize customer service operations or e-commerce capabilities. Technical Guidance : Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies, and recommend improvements to existing systems.Stakeholder Management :Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus and make informed decisions.Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring clear communication and understanding.Project Support & Management :Where required lead projects and/or provide project support from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables, and track progress against objectives.Identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues that arise during project executionQualification :Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent certifications.Experience :Minimum of 5 years of extensive Salesforce experience, including architecture, design, and development.Proven experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ implementation and customization.Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Commerce Cloud is highly desirable.Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools
