Job Title : Senior Salesforce Architect

Location : Type : Full-time

Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of large-scale Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and aligning technology with business objectives.


You will play a crucial role in shaping our Salesforce strategy and ensuring scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions. As a Senior Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for:



  2. Leading the architecture and design of large-scale Salesforce implementations, ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives.
  3. Collaborating with executive leadership to define the Salesforce vision, roadmap, and strategic direction.
  4. Designing and implementing integration strategies with other enterprise systems, leveraging middleware and API frameworks.
  5. Developing and maintaining robust architecture documentation, including diagrams, workflows, and technical specifications.
  6. Overseeing data modeling, security, and compliance measures to ensure data integrity and privacy.
  7. Establishing best practices for development, deployment, and continuous integration within Salesforce environments.
  8. Providing mentorship and leadership to development teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  9. Staying abreast of Salesforce advancements and industry trends to inform decision-making and solution development.
  10. Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
  11. Conducting performance tuning and optimization of existing Salesforce applications.

Qualifications :


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, with a strong portfolio of successful implementations.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce platform features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Proven experience with Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Strong understanding of integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica, Salesforce Connect) and data management strategies.
  • Salesforce Architect certifications (CTA, Application Architect, System Architect) are highly desirable.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable solutions.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
