Operate within a process-driven, data-focused environment. Meet and exceed individual and team recruitment targets. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) i.e Job Diva to mine for qualified candidates. Present diverse candidate slates for hard-to-fill, niche roles. Focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion in candidate pipelines. Develop a deep understanding of engineering and healthcare industry roles. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in relevant fields (engineering or healthcare). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Creative problem-solving skills with a track record of innovation.
