Senior Healthcare Recruiter
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for bulk hiring of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses etc, and allied healthcare positions, with a focus on the GCC market.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to the healthcare industry, ensuring timely delivery of quality hires.
- Manage and lead a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and performance monitoring to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment vendors and partners, negotiating terms and ensuring optimal delivery.
- Source, evaluate, and onboard healthcare professionals in compliance with GCC licensing and regulatory requirements.
- Establish a robust vendor network, ensuring continuous supply of high-quality candidates for bulk recruitment projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide customized recruitment solutions.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics, reporting progress and suggesting process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and service level agreements in all recruitment activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in healthcare industry recruitment, including bulk hiring of doctors, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and regulatory requirements for the GCC healthcare market.
- Extensive experience in vendor management, including building and maintaining vendor relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare licensing and credentialing processes in the GCC.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Healthcare recruitment.
