This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (USA Region ) at Headway Tek Inc in Hyderabad, India.
Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and implementing growth strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills
- Experience as a Business Development Manager in Staffing / Recruitment Domain for USA Region is a MUST.
- Experience in developing and implementing growth strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of information management solutions is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
