Role:

Headway Tek Inc is looking for HR Admin Executive and HR Manager for our Hyderabad location who can work in US time zone.

𝑼𝒑𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒐𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 (𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏 1-3 𝒎𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒉𝒔) 𝒕𝒐 𝒐𝒏𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒔𝒆 𝒍𝒐𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔: Madhapur / Hitech City & Begumpet, Ameerpet, Panjagutta and Banjara hills

Work time: 7.30 PM IST - 4.30 AM IST.

Interview Type: In-person Interview is a MUST.

Work Model: Hybrid

Must Have Skills:

  • Prior experience working with US staffing company / Domain.

  • Hiring internal support team for our USA region (Recruiters, BDE, BDM , Account Mangers, Delivery Manager/ Recruitment Managers etc..) through various portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Official connects and Personal connects etc.

  • Need to have experience handling internal employees / external consultants (Subcons) both Offshore & Onsite.

  • Experience handling referrals programs.

  • Minimal travel required to client locations across India as and when required for client meetings.

  • Good communication skills (verbal & written).
