The M&E officer will be responsible for a certain number of partners in development. He/She will conduct progress and financial monitoring of the projects and will provide support and guidance to the project leaders to secure grant compliance in high quality.
Responsibilities
-         Develop and implement various standard monitoring protocols (including questionnaires and survey designs) for different programs and research studies
-         Designing framework of program Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) system
-         Develop tools, conduct and manage baseline studies, process review, monitoring and evaluation studies, and impact assessment studies for various donor/partner organizations
-         Produce evaluation reports (impact/outcome/baseline/end line, etc.) as per project requirements
-         Produce high-quality progress reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis in English. The M&E Officer will be responsible to ensure timely compliance with reporting requirements and deadlines
-         Involve in the planning, execution, and completion of all project activities and report writing since its conception
-         Maintain constant communication with the project partners related to M&E and reporting for smooth functioning and progress of the projects
-         Ensure quality control of project activities and deliverables
-         Travel to the project sites pan India where HPPI is implementing the development projects for monitoring and program support and give feedback to the Sector In charge of NHQ and the partner holder
-         Work closely with MIS and Data Analytics Officer to facilitate the research studies of the projects
-         Share the grant compliance responsibilities with other M&E Officers as and when required, especially during the peak reporting months
Qualifications
PG in Social Work/Sociology/MSW/Rural Development/equivalent. Advanve training in M&E will be an added advantage.
·     Exceptional command of spoken and written Hindi and English languages
·     Teamwork and leadership
·     Good interpersonal communication
·     Critical thinking and analytical skills
·     Sound MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SPSS, etc
·      Efficient organizational management
minimum 3 years' experience however freshers may also apply
