We provide employers and businesses with the opportunity to connect with the brightest talents and the new generation workforce.Role:-Salesforce Consultant/Business AnalystResponsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for Salesforce solutions. Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and reports as needed. Work with developers and administrators to design and implement Salesforce enhancements. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business expectations. Develop and maintain documentation including process flows, user guides, and training materials. Monitor Salesforce performance and identify opportunities for process improvement. Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce users and resolve system-related issues. Facilitate training sessions and ensure user adoption of Salesforce best practices. Stay updated on Salesforce releases and emerging features relevant to the organization.Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field. 3+ years of experience as a Consultant/Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce. Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products. Experience with requirement gathering, process modeling, and UAT. Familiarity with Salesforce administration tasks and configuration. Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucid chart, or similar. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Preferred: Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) or Salesforce Business Analyst certification. Experience with Agile/Scrum project methodologies. Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or integrations with third-party platforms.
