Urgent Requirement For VP - Product ImplementationAbout the Role:We are looking for a Head of Product Implementations to lead the successful deployment of our spend management SaaS platform across enterprise customers. This is a leadership role that blends project delivery , client engagement , product configuration , and revenue assurance .You will be responsible for ensuring clients go live on time, within scope, and with high satisfaction — unlocking the business value of our solution right from the start.Key Responsibilities Project & Delivery ManagementOwn the end-to-end implementation process for enterprise customers.Define and standardize implementation methodology, playbooks, and timelines.Plan and manage project resources, risks, and escalations.Product Configuration & EnablementTranslate customer needs into product configuration, workflows, and user roles.Guide clients through system setup, integrations, and UAT.Work closely with product and engineering on customization or roadmap alignment.Client ManagementAct as the primary point of contact during implementation.Build strong relationships with client stakeholders (Finance, IT, Procurement, etc.).Drive adoption and prepare the customer for post-go-live success.Revenue AssuranceEnsure timely and milestone-based revenue recognition.Work with sales and finance teams to align contracts with delivery plans.Track project profitability, scope creep, and effort allocation.Team Leadership & Process ImprovementBuild and lead a team of implementation managers or specialists.Establish metrics for project success, client satisfaction, and onboarding efficiency.Continuously improve internal processes and implementation tools/templates.Key Skills & ExperienceExperience 8–12 years in SaaS/enterprise software implementations; at least 3 in a leadership roleProject ManagementStrong skills in managing large, multi-stakeholder projects (PMP/Prince2 a plus)Client EngagementAbility to manage enterprise clients, handle C-level interactions, and drive outcomesDomain KnowledgeUnderstanding of finance processes (spend, AP, procurement) is a strong advantageProduct OrientationAble to configure products, interpret use cases, and work with product teams on gapsCommunicationClear, confident communicator — verbal, written, and presentationRevenue AwarenessExperience working with revenue milestones, billing triggers, and financial planningKPIsMinimised Average implementation durationMaximised % implementations delivered on time/on budgetMax Client satisfaction (CSAT/NPS) at go-liveQuick Time to first value (TTFV) or go-liveRevenue recognition vs planTeam utilization & productivityWhy This Role is ImportantYour SaaS product’s success depends not just on features — but on how quickly and effectively it becomes operational for clients.
