Job Overview: We are seeking a Senior Flutter Developer to lead the development of scalable and high-performance mobile applications. If you are passionate about Flutter, creating exceptional user experiences, and working in the healthcare tech space, we’d love to have you onboard
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications using Flutter.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, and backend developers) to deliver seamless app functionality.
Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.
Lead code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into Flutter applications.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in mobile development and Flutter.
Requirements:
3+ years of professional experience in Flutter development.
Strong understanding of Dart programming language and Flutter architecture.
Proven experience in deploying apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Expertise in building responsive UI for multiple device types and screen sizes.
Solid knowledge of Firebase for app backend services (Firestore, Authentication, etc.).
Experience with state management solutions like Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.
Familiarity with integrating health packages, Io T, or wearable technology is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced startup environment.
Nice to Have:
Experience working in the healthcare or med-tech domain.
Hands-on experience with device connectivity (Bluetooth, NFC).
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for Flutter apps.
